- Tech support — solves problems and deflects tickets.
- Sales assistant — qualifies leads and books calls.
- Booking agent — takes appointments and reservations.
- Front desk — answers hours, location and general questions.
- FAQ bot — answers common questions from your docs.
- Start from scratch — a blank agent you set up yourself.
Key settings
- Name & welcome message — the bot's name and the first line visitors see.
- Provider & model — which AI answers (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, DeepSeek, Kimi, Groq). The model list matches the provider.
- Embedding provider — used only for training and search (OpenAI or Gemini).
- Persona & extra instructions — who the bot is and how it behaves.
- Guardrails — competitors to never recommend, and "always represent the company positively".
- What to help with / escalate — topics to focus on, and topics to hand to a human.
- Answer only from knowledge — never use general knowledge; answer from your content or offer a human.
- Auto-language, memory, handoff wait — reply in the visitor's language, remember returning visitors, and set how long to wait for an agent before the AI resumes (default 300s).
- Capabilities — turn autonomous agent, custom skills and product recommendations on or off.
- Appearance — theme, layout, launcher, colors, position, and the co-pilot toggles.
- Pre-chat form & status — optionally ask for name/email/phone; mark the bot Active and allow human takeover.
Click Create chatbot. Every bot page then shares a tab bar: Overview · Train · AI Memory · Conversations · Install · Settings.
Note: your plan caps how many chatbots you can create. If you hit the limit, upgrade before adding another.
